Twice a year, we at Smap3D come together with our sister companies Solid System Team and CAD Partner for our company meeting week at our group headquarters in Nittendorf near Regensburg, Germany. This time, we were especially pleased to welcome several new colleagues to the team in person.
The week focused on personal exchange, workshops on current topics and a shared look at the months ahead. Colleagues from different departments presented new developments, current reference projects and topics they are currently working on. Artificial intelligence, a subject that continues to shape discussions across our industry, was naturally part of the agenda as well.
The cross-company exchange gave everyone a broader view of current projects and developments and created valuable opportunities to share knowledge and experiences across teams.
Another key part of the program was looking at the further development of our company group. Our management team presented the results from the first half of the year and outlined the priorities and objectives for the weeks and months ahead.
Alongside workshops and professional exchange, spending time together also has a firm place in our company meetings: with go-karting, dinner together, climbing at a high ropes course and an escape room challenge.
An intensive and varied week that once again showed that personal exchange and shared experiences are just as important as the professional topics on the agenda.
