With the Smap3D Academy, we offer our customers with a software maintenance contract a special service. They get access to a modern e-learning platform including access to the Smap3D courses.
Create your employees who work with our products such as Smap3D P&ID or Smap3D Piping as users in the platform. In this way you allow them unrestricted use of our training and information material, which we of course update regularly.
Your employees will thus work out the most important basics for the efficient use of our software themselves and can read them again at any time if necessary and thus consolidate their knowledge.
The services offered as part of the software maintenance contract for the Smap3D products are made available to the customer free of charge on the platform of our affiliated company, Linius Technologies GmbH (Linius for short). This is a non-binding offer by Smap3D Plant Design to which no legal claim exists. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the course offer. If the customer creates more users than he can claim free of charge as part of his software maintenance contract for Smap3D products, he will receive a quarterly statement about these additional users amounting to EUR 2.00 per user and month. By creating users, the customer declares his consent to this.
The Smap3D Academy is based on the e-learning platform from Linius Technologies GmbH. Users therefore receive system e-mails from the sender "Linius Campus", not from the "Smap3D Academy", since each company has its own instance on the Linius Campus has. Please inform your users about this in order to avoid ambiguities and queries.
