Smap3D Plant Design enables the complete process chain from 2D flow diagram to 3D plan to isometrics. The software is made up of three programs: Smap3D P&ID, Smap3D Piping and Smap3D Isometric. The consistent use of all Smap3D Plant Design modules ensures a smooth, loss-free transfer.
Depending on the individual requirements and existing software, each program can be ordered and implemented individually. We will gladly advise you accordingly.

Three building blocks for an integrated process
With the combination of Smap 3D P&ID and Smap3D Piping, the P&ID can be directly connected to 3D Piping via the To-Do List. Smap3D Piping includes 3D standard parts libraries and the Smap3D PartFinder which enables immediate use of the Smap3D Piping software. Through automatic program connections (NO export/import), the available information and data is passed on - from one process step to the next.
Centrally defined pipe classes
The definition of pipe classes is a fundamental component in construction. This is precisely why Smap3D Plant Design allows centralized and unique - as well as company and project-specific - definition of pipe classes. This contributes to a significant increase in process reliability and a reduction in workload.

With its highly efficient adapter deeply integrated into the 3D CAD systems, Smap3D Plant Design is a multi-CAD solution: the CAD for piping and plant engineering. Smap3D Plant Design offers a perfect combination with SolidWorks®, Solid Edge® and Autodesk® Inventor®. A complete stand-alone solution for utilizing Smap3D Plant Design without an existing 3D CAD system is currently in the testing phase.
