Smap3D was developed in close cooperation with 3D CAD system manufacturers in order to ensure a compatible con-nection and a continuous flow of data. The solutions include the piping design software Smap3D Plant Design with Smap3D P & ID, Piping and Isometric, the PDM software Smap3D PDM and the PLM add-on Smap3D PLM.

CAD Partner GmbH was founded in 1989 and has subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, USA, China and Hong Kong. The company is a partner for the design and implementation of integrated and sophisticated CAD and PDM solutions in companies. Job Description

Sales of Software and Services around Smap3D Plant Design in Europe. To do direct as well channel sales and help our Partners with sales-training for that specific industry. Responsible for development of busi-ness in that area with a high motivated and flexible team. You will report and cooperate direct with the Vice President Global Sales. Due to our flexibility you can work in Regensburg and home-office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle for all sales opportunity within your defined territory
    -> Direct sales and Channel sales
  • Build long-term deep relationships with target end user accounts
  • Manage sales via, and build relationships with fellow sales personnel at, your local channel partners
  • Understand the end user customer’s requirements (process chain) and position Smap3D solutions to acquire and maintain customers
  • Manage and report accurately on your sales pipeline
  • Update and maintain an accurate representation of your customers and opportunities on the ERP system
  • Work closely and communicate regularly with Vice President Global Sales to gain the marketing and Sales strat-egy required to meet your sales territory requirements

Qualifications

  • Several Years experience in CAD-Software and/or Plant Design Software Sales
  • Eexperience in direct and channel sales
  • Able to understand the process chain at customer site to present the customer
    the advantages of our solution.
  • Able to travel up to 30% - 50% of the working time
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self directed, proactive, with humility and customer orientation
  • Required language: German and English. Additional languages are welcome.
