In order to help you as quickly as possible, please have the following information at hand:

  • Version of your CAD system with service pack
  • Version of Smap3D with service pack
  • Version and operation system service pack (please find under Start – Execute – winver)
  • Details of your problem, with e.g. a screenshot of a dialogue box or an error message

 

Support over internet (Netviewer)

In addition to telephone support we can connect to your computer via internet. Netviewer allows us to access your desktop easily and securely. In line with the proverb, "a picture paints a thousand words", Netviewer can make solving your problems much easier. No need to install a programme; you simply log in with the session number which we give you. This option is valued by countless customers.

Smap3D Standard Parts need no other system requirements. Recommended system requirements for supporting CAD systems are sufficient.
