Smap3D Standard Parts
Smap3D Standard Parts are a practical and labour-saving extension for 3D CAD Systems. The standard parts library provides access to a large number of standard components; a time-saving library of intelligent parts which make everyday work perceptibly easier.Smap3D Standard Parts are available
in separate packages:
- Smap3D Fasteners
- Smap3D Bearings
- Smap3D Pins
- Smap3D Structural shapes
- Smap3D Plant design components
The customer therefore only buys the packages which are actually required. This makes it easier for the user and reduces the administrative effort for the administrator.
Smap3D standard parts are used
worldwide. Catalogs of
standards
from different countries are supported:

Integration in Solid Edge®
CAD Partner and UGS work extremely closely
together to deliver standard
parts. Since Solid Edge Version 15, UGS have been selling
the Smap3D standard parts catalogs directly.
The standard parts management system in Solid Edge is developed
by
CAD Partner GmbH as a reduced version of Smap3D PartFinder.
Our standard parts are developed exclusively for and using Solid Edge. Smap3D Standard Parts and Solid Edge together form a unit whose level of integration is unsurpassed.
Smap3D Standard Parts support all Solid Edge functions in order to guarantee the best working methods:
