Smap3D EDM|PDM 3D-CAD-systems Solid EdgeCurrently Smap3D EDM/PDM is only available for the 3D CAD System Solid Edge®. The software needs no further system requirements. The recommended system requirements of the supporting CAD systems are sufficient.

Solid Edge is a Siemens PLM Software product. Since 1996 the
CAD Partner GmbH is Certified Select Voyager Partner.

Further development

With Smap3D's version 10, anticipated release: the end of 2012, Smap3D EDM/PDM is application-neutral.  Linkage to SolidWorks®, Autodesk® Inventor® and other CAD systems is possible via a suitable programming interface.
